Do you have an extra bed?
Three persons can stay in Executive twin A or Executive twin B.
In this case, a sofa will be made into a bed.
We recommend making a reservation for these rooms well in advance because they are very popular.
For other rooms, an extra bed cannot be installed.
A child under the age of an elementary school student can sleep alongside a parent for free.
Can any number of people stay in a room?
Because we do not charge per guest for each room, the number of people exceeding the capacity specified by the accommodation plan may not stay in the room.
If the number of guests exceeds the capacity, additional rates will be charged.
Please tell me the check-in and checkout times.
Check-in is 15:00 and checkout 11:00.
We may be able to arrive earlier than the check-in time. Can we check in?
Check-in time is 15:00 as a general rule. If cleaning of the room is completed, you may be able to check in earlier.
If you wish to check in earlier, please contact us well in advance. It may help you check in earlier.
Can we send our baggage beforehand?
We accept it anytime. Please feel free to send it.
It would be appreciated if you could write your check-in date in the space for items on the delivery slip.
Can we receive what we sent by delivery service?
Sure. You can receive it.
We handle your baggage normally at the front desk. However, we are also able to keep it in advance in your room at your request.
You are also able to send products you purchased by mail order to our hotel.
Can you keep our baggage? Do you charge for storage?
We keep our guests’ baggage for free.
Do you have a parking lot? Can we make a reservation?
Our parking lot has a capacity of 32 vehicles (11 within our site and 21 at Silk Inn First coin-operated parking. JPY 500 per night)
Because we use a first-in first-served system (excluding disabled persons), please note we are unable to accept a reservation.
However, there are two affiliated parking lots, which cost JPY 800 per night (time to leave the parking is limited).

Can we park a microbus or a large bus?
Please contact our front desk (tel: 099-258-1221) beforehand for the parking of a microbus or a large bus.
Do you charge for parking when we use the restaurant or café in your hotel?
Guests who use the restaurant, café, or warm-bath facilities can use the parking lots for free. We issue a ticket for parking, so please contact a staff member nearby.
Are your hot springs kakenagashi (warm water flows directly from the source without circulation)?
Yes, they are kakenagashi and flow directly from the sources. Please try the hot springs as they flow from 700 m underground with natural high quality.
Can we stop over at your hotel to use your hot springs?
For the time between 12:00 and 23:00, visitors can use our hot springs without accommodations.
Fee for the bath: JPY 1,000. JPY 1,300 for a bath with a towel.
If you use the massage service for more than 65 minutes, bathing is free.
Do you have open-air baths?
We have an open-air bath for ladies. We are quite sorry that we are unable to offer an open-air bath for men because of the structure. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you have a sauna?
We are very sorry that we do not have a sauna.
What time can the guests staying in the hotel bathe?
Guests staying in the hotel can bathe from 6:00 to 11:00 in the morning and from 12:00 to 0:00 in the afternoon.
Are baths separate for men and women?
Yes, they are separate.
Can we wear swimwear in the baths?
No. Neither swimwear nor underwear is permitted.
What kind of amenities do you have?
All the rooms have a general set of amenities (excluding cosmetics) so that our guests experience no inconvenience.
For women, we provide overnight amenities, such as cleansing and face lotions, at the front desk upon check-in.
Rooms on the 6th floor are exclusive for ladies and include a face pack.
In the hot spring bathroom on the 2nd floor, several types of shampoos, conditioners, and body soaps are available.
Do you have pajamas?
We have clothes for guests to wear in the hotel in the rooms though they are not pajamas. You are allowed to walk freely wearing the clothes within the hotel, which makes your time at the hotel a more relaxed one.
Do you have laundry service? When is it complete?
Please ask for the laundry service at the front desk; bring your items in the laundry bag provided for guests in each room by 10:00 a.m. We will deliver the laundered items at the front desk after 18:00.
No laundry service on Sundays and national holidays.
Please note we accept the laundry service by 10 (a.m.) on Saturdays and the day before national holidays.
Do you have a coin-operated laundry?
We have two laundries each for men and women on the 2nd floor of the warm baths.
Please contact the reception counter for the warm baths on the 2nd floor or the front desk to use the laundry facilities.

Do you have restaurants?
We have a restaurant that serves Japanese food on the 1st floor. In addition to the restaurant, we have a café. The café turns into a bar that serves only drinks at night.
What time do you start accepting reservations?
We accept reservations about half a year in advance.
